Terms of service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.thewallcompany.shop (the “Website”) and every purchase you make from The Wall Company (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether through the Website or through our WhatsApp, Instagram or email channels. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Definitions
In these Terms, “Order” means a request by you to purchase one or more Products; “Product” means any item we sell, including a Custom Order; “Custom Order” means a Product made to your own image, design, size or instructions; and “Policies” means our Shipping & Exchange Policy, Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Products
All Products are made to order. Product images are for illustration. Slight variations in colour, texture, tone and dimensions may occur because of screen settings, material properties and the production process, and do not constitute a defect. Wood frame finishes (Natural Oak, Dark Oak, Black Oak) may show natural variation in grain.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an Order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your Order by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel any Order, including because of a pricing or listing error, unavailability of materials, suspected fraud or unauthorised payment, or content we are unable to print lawfully. If we cancel an Order, any amount you have paid will be refunded in full under our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
6. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when your Order is confirmed applies.
7. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, debit and credit cards, Raast, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Card and wallet payments are processed by our third-party payment service provider and its partner bank over encrypted connections; we do not see or store your full card details. Your bank may require you to authenticate a payment, for example with a one-time password (OTP).
By making a payment, you confirm that you are the holder of, or are authorised to use, the payment method. We may hold, verify or cancel an Order where a payment cannot be verified or appears unauthorised. For bank transfers, production begins once we have received and confirmed your payment.
8. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Exchange Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
9. Changes and cancellations
You may request a change to, or cancellation of, an Order before production begins. Whether production has begun is determined by us, and we will confirm whether your request can be accepted. Once production has begun, an Order cannot be changed or cancelled. Refunds for accepted cancellations of prepaid Orders are made in accordance with our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
10. Returns, replacements and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy. In summary: we do not accept returns or provide refunds on completed Orders; we replace Products that arrive damaged, free of cost, where the damage is reported within 12 hours of delivery with supporting photographs; and approved refunds are made only to the original payment method.
11. Custom Orders and your content
If you submit any image, design, text or other material for a Custom Order (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that:
- you own Your Content, or hold all rights, licences and permissions needed for us to reproduce it on a Product;
- Your Content does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, design, privacy or other right of any person; and
- Your Content is lawful and is not obscene, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from Your Content. We may refuse any Custom Order that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing or offensive. Custom Orders are produced according to the specifications you approve, and we are not responsible for errors in content you supply or approve. Custom Orders placed through our Custom Builder are made from the artwork and options you select, at the price shown at checkout. For custom sizes, special materials or specifications, commissions and other Products not available through the Custom Builder, we will provide a quotation and, before production begins, confirm the specifications, design proof (where applicable), price and payment terms with you in writing.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs and designs, is owned by or licensed to The Wall Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Purchasing a Product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the artwork.
If you believe that any Product or content on the Website infringes your rights, please write to info@thewallcompany.shop with details of the work, evidence of your rights and the page concerned. We will review every notice promptly and remove material where appropriate.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, placing fraudulent Orders or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our Products. Our total liability in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount paid for that Order.
15. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have, or any liability we have, that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005.
16. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruption, power or supply failures, or government action.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms and the Policies form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website and your Orders.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Website. The Terms in force when your Order is confirmed apply to that Order.
